Conditions for Returns
Since each piece is made post order, we do not accept returns at this point. However, you are eligible for returns only if:
1.. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.
Conditions for Exchange
Once sold through the web store, goods can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions:
1. Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please get in touch with our team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Reason for return: In case of a defective or incorrect product, please attach an image of the item.
You may contact us via email or call. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
All the pieces are quality checked several times; however, if you are not satisfied with the product received by you and it is faulty or damaged, please let us know via email. We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability. If we cannot return the product or remedy the fault, we will provide a refund of the same amount within 7 working days once the garment reaches us back.
In case of Refunds
Once your damaged return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
In case of missing or late refunds
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund to be reflected in your account.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Conditions for Sale Items
Items sold during sales are not applicable for exchanges (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
