Return & Refund Policy
> Since each piece is made post order, we do not accept returns at this point. Once sold through the web store, goods cannot be returned.
Goods can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions:
1. Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.
We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed)

Shipping Policy
> All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Do you offer size customisations?
> We make sure to provide sizes up to 4XL, please refer to our standard size charts before ordering.

> Slight variations in print colour are common, as each batch of fabric is indiviually printed and exact replication is not always possible.
> Differences in print placement may occur due to the scale of the print and our commitment to minimising fabric waste during cutting.
> Trims such as laces and buttons may vary slightly based on availability, without comprimising the overall design or quality.
