> Since each piece is made post order, we do not accept returns at this point. Once sold through the web store, goods cannot be returned.

Goods can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions:

1. Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.​

2. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.

We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed).

> All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

> Slight differences in the colour of the print is a very common occurrence as each batch of fabric printed can never be precisely replicated.

> Variations in the placement of the print may occur due to the size of the print and fabric-cutting the same print out each time would cause a lot of fabric wastage.
