Goods can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions:
1. Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.
We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed)
