> Since each piece is made post order, we do not accept returns at this point. Once sold through the web store, goods cannot be returned.
Goods can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions:
1. Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, i.e. issues with print on fabrics, problems with fabric etc.
We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed)
